The Border project was established in September 2007 and is coordinated by Dave Smith.
Dave is a level 2 coach (fishcoach.org) with over 40 years of angling experience.
The project operates from Border Fishery, a venue with 9 lakes. The specimen lakes all contain a good head of large carp, with other lakes containing barbell, chub, roach, rudd and bream and ornamental fish. A designated junior coaching lake sits directly outside the office, shop and administration building.
There is a cafeteria on site and good toilet facilities, all waters and on site facilities have good disabled access.
